James R. Andrews is Of Counsel to Gilchrist & Rutter. His practice focuses on general business transactions for public and private business entities and individuals, including business formation, reporting and ongoing operational problems. Clients have included CB Richard Ellis Investors, the City of Tustin and the Ocean Futures Society.
Mr. Andrews authored Trading Places: Pitfalls in Structuring Section 1031 Exchanges, and participated in the initial drafting of the California Revised Limited Partnership Act of 1984, as a member of the Executive Committee, Business Law Section, California State Bar.
