UPCOMING EVENTS:
May 26, 2010 – Gilchrist and Rutter hosted a one-hour presentation discussing pros and cons of automated parking, which involves automatic movement of automobiles by computer-controlled parking equipment into condensed parking structures. The presenters were Paula Reddish Zinnemann of Automated Parking Solutions (www.autoparkingsolutions.com) and by Ryan Astrup of Park Plus, Inc., a leading automated systems provider in the US. The presentation reviewed ways in which automated parking systems could maximize entitlements for parking-challenged development projects and optimize high value alternative rentable uses for projects, for increased productive and economic purposes. March 23, 2010 – The Benjamin S. Crocker Symposium on Real Estate Law and Business 2010, was produced jointly by the Real Property Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Richard S.
